MISSIONS : PARTAGER POUR DÉVELOPPER LA SANTÉ
OUR MISSIONS
Our missions are primarily aimed at recovering unused medical equipment and putting it to good use. recycling for solidarity and ecology on an international scale.
Once collected, sorted and reconditioned in our approved centers, the equipment is sent to rigorously selected partner care centers.
Final distribution is handled by local healthcare professionals and volunteers trained by our teams, guaranteeing optimal use of the equipment redistributed.
LARGE-SCALE COLLECTION
The Paradisanté association collects unused medical equipment throughout France and Europe.
We now operate in private homes, healthcare establishments, medical companies, manufacturers and wholesalers.
Our expertise has been particularly developed in the recovery of high value-added equipment such as joint implants, orthopedic surgery equipment, ultrasound scanners and plethysmography booths.
Traditional equipment remains essential to our actions: walkers, crutches, medical beds, wheelchairs, underpads, bandages, dressings, as well as electrical equipment such as defibrillators.
In 2023, we collected 27.38 tonnes of equipment with a second-hand value of €537,976.This demonstrates the growing scale of our recovery business.
For residents of the Alpes-Maritimes region, we offer a home collection serviceThis makes it easier to donate unused medical equipment.
SORT, PACK AND SHIP
The material collected passes through our sorting and reconditioning centers, where it undergoes a thorough rigorous quality control.
We then prepare shipments by sea and land, with over 100 pallets of medical devices and almost 100 medical beds redistributed in 2023.
Allocation is based on priority needs identified in our 24 intervention zones around the world.
Our international network has expanded considerably, with partners in 24 countriesThese include Cameroon, Ukraine, Senegal, Mali, Madagascar, Ivory Coast, Armenia, Greece, Turkey, Syria and Morocco.
On site, healthcare personnel and volunteers trained by our staff take care of reception, storage and final redistribution according to the most urgent needs.
